Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within the 14-day period by emailing:

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must show no signs of use, damage, or wear

  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to partial refund depending on the condition of the item.


Return Authorization

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • your order number

  • reason for return

  • photos if the product is damaged


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.


Inspection Process

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team.

Refunds will only be issued once the item has passed inspection and meets the return conditions outlined above.

This process usually takes 3–7 business days.


Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos showing:

  • the product

  • the packaging

  • the shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • hygiene products once opened

  • perishable goods

  • gift cards

  • digital products after download


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Contact your bank
